1. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account or using MyRealtorPage, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Our service

MyRealtorPage is a software-as-a-service product that lets real estate agents build and host a personal landing page, capture leads from visitors, and access related tools. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

3. Accounts & your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the content you publish on your page and for keeping it accurate and up to date.
• You must have the rights to any content — including photos, listings, logos, and text — that you upload or display, and you must not infringe anyone else's rights.
• You are responsible for complying with the laws and professional and advertising rules that apply to your real estate business.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.

4. Payment & subscription

• Paid plans are billed on a subscription basis (monthly or annually) through our payment processor, Stripe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing, and your access continues through the end of the current paid period. Except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable.
• Prices and plan features may change; we will give notice of material changes.

5. Leads

When a visitor submits a form on your page, we pass that lead to you. You are responsible for how you contact and use leads, including compliance with applicable marketing and privacy laws.

6. Intellectual property

MyRealtorPage and its software, design, and branding belong to us or our licensors. You keep ownership of the content you upload, and you grant us the license needed to host, display, and deliver it as part of providing the service.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use MyRealtorPage to post unlawful, misleading, or infringing content, to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service, or to use it in any way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will produce any particular business result.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyRealtorPage will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue, arising out of or related to your use of the service.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms.
