Who we are

MyRealtorPage is a software-as-a-service product, operated from Utah, that lets real estate agents build a personal landing page. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and who we share it with. Questions? Reach us at hello@myrealtorpage.com.

Personal information we collect

• Account information — when an agent signs up, we collect their name and email address through our authentication provider, Clerk.
• Page content — the content agents add to their pages, such as their bio, headshot, listings, reviews, and other materials they upload.
• Lead submissions— when a visitor submits a form on an agent's page, we collect the details they provide, which typically include name, email address, phone number, and their message.
• Payment information — when an agent subscribes, payment is processed by Stripe. We receive limited billing details (such as your plan and payment status); we do not store full card numbers.
• Usage & analytics data — page-view and basic analytics data, plus standard technical information your browser sends, so we can measure page performance and keep the service running.

How we use your information

• to create, host, and display agent landing pages;
• to authenticate accounts and keep them secure;
• to deliver captured leads to the agent who owns the page;
• to process subscriptions, billing, and payments;
• to send transactional and account-related email;
• to provide analytics and improve and support the service.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us operate MyRealtorPage:

• Vercel — website and application hosting.
• Supabase — database and storage.
• Clerk — account authentication.
• Stripe — payment processing.
• Resend — email delivery.

Leads submitted on an agent's page are shared with that agent so they can follow up with you; the agent is responsible for how they use those leads. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of MyRealtorPage, our users, or others.

Cookies & similar technology

We use cookies and similar technologies to run the service. Clerk sets cookies to keep agents signed in and secure their sessions, and Stripe sets cookies to process payments and help prevent fraud. We also use analytics to understand page views. We do not use cookies to sell your personal information.

Data retention

We keep account, page, and lead information for as long as an account is active and as needed to provide the service, plus any period required for legitimate business or legal reasons. You can ask us to delete your information sooner (see your rights below).

Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email hello@myrealtorpage.com and we will respond as required by applicable law. If you submitted a lead on an agent's page and want it removed, you may also contact that agent directly.

Children's privacy

MyRealtorPage is a business tool intended for adults. Our services are not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Where your information is processed

We and our service providers are based in the United States, and your information is processed and stored there. By using MyRealtorPage, you understand that your information may be processed in the United States.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page.
