“My home was listed for 3 months with this company and did not sell. My agent, Caylie Coffelt was great (4.5 stars for sure) however her broker, Zac Martin, not so much. I firmly believe her brokers lack of involvement and/or concern was the number one issue that much as Caylie tried, she appeared to receive little or no support. When I called Zac to discuss the situation with him, he became very defensive insisting HIS marketing was very effective. Maybe he thinks so and maybe because there was little effort to market my home appropriately is why it didn't sell in 3 months. Furthermore he made promises to me late in the cycle after I contacted him that he simply didn't keep. In fact all of my concerns I shared with him appeared to be way down on his list of priorities. His lack of professionalism, business integrity & ethical practices were a huge factor in my decision to terminate my contract.”

Here we thought it would be a long drawn out process and with Jesse as our realtor it was about as painless as buying a car. He always puts his clients first. He goes above and beyond to make the process as painless as he can. He knows contacts in the community that we used to do our inspections and they were very thorough.
