<p>David &amp; Yvonnca &nbsp;Landes have been in the real estate business individually for 18 years. As a couple, they have worked together for the last 16 years.<br/><br/> Born in Pittsburgh, PA, David moved to Knoxville as an adolescent in the mid eighties, graduated from Farragut High School and went on to study marketing at the University of Tennessee. This start led to forays in all different aspects of the real estate industry.<br/><br/> Yvonnca, conversely, was born and raised in the town of Harriman, TN, a small, close knit community about 25 miles west of Knoxville. Through their businesses and affiliations, they currently work &amp; specialize in several fields of the real estate industry.
