Winnie has lived in California for over twenty years and currently resides in Playa Vista. Since becoming a licensed California Real Estate Broker in 1999, she has been successfully guiding sellers and buyers in realizing their real estate goals. Winnie graduated with honors from U. C. Berkeley with a degree in Architecture as well as a minor in Urban Planning. Prior to joining Coldwell Banker, Winnie spent ten years in the field of real estate development and sales. She was involved in the design and construction of several custom homes on the Westside.As a project manager, she negotiated contracts and developed comprehensive marketing strategies for several high-end communities including a $10 million dollar luxury spec home development.<br/><br/>Winnie has first hand experience in investing, leasing and managing residential income properties.Her experience allows her to analysis trends and assesses real properties from various angles that have proven to be invaluable for both sellers and buyers in today's dynamic Westside market. As an avid reader, Winnie keeps herself constantly educated on various real estate related topics.
