“Spoke to Wes earlier in the week about looking at one of his listings. We agreed that Friday would be a good day for both of us, but he said he was doing a closing on Friday and would have to call me back with a time. I never heard from him again. We have been looking for a long time now for a house in our current school district that meets our price range, and has certain things we want in a house. Due to all these things being few and far between we have not gotten pre-approved to avoid taking several hits to our credit. I was honest with wes about the fact that I am not pre-approved for a home loan yet, but I know without a shadow of a doubt that I could easily be approved when we found the right home. I'm assuming this is why he blew us off, but if it was he could have at least had the courtousy to tell me. Instead he lied and lost a potential customer, both as a buyer and a seller. In my opinion that's not good business.”

“I have tried to contact Wes on three different occasions over a week. Using Zillow. He never replied. Sent a text message to his phone. He never responded. Had to go through Zillow to set up a meeting with Wes. He was supposed to call me today at 10 o’clock. He never called me. I now understand why he has zero sales in the past on Zillow. ”
