Walker Tann

<p class="MsoNormal">Born and raised in Jackson,MS, Walker is a 3rd generation Realtor. Walker is Vice President at Nix-Tann and Associates. He has worked in all aspects of real estate including: residential sales, commercial sales as well as residential and commercial development. Walker graduated from Jackson Prep and Mississippi State University. Walker has been a Multi Million Dollar Producer for consecutive years.Walker was elected and served on both the Jackson Association Board of Directors as well as the MLS Board of Directors. Walker was elected in 2013 to serve as the Treasurer for the MLS of Jackson. Walker also has served on the Professional Development Committee and has also served on the Educational Committee for the Jackson Association.&nbsp; Walker has received many designations including those pertaining to first time home buyers,energy efficiency,short sales and foreclosures, &nbsp;and is a Certified Negotiation Expert, a designation that less than 2% of Realtors in Mississippi have received.</p>
