It’s no surprise I love being a Philly Home Girls rental agent, it really is fun for me! </p> <p></p> <p>As your rental agent, together we will determine your budget, neighborhoods you may be interested in and move in date. I’ll build a rental portal that suits your criteria and will show you rentals that are available via the MLS. We’ll search as a team and find you a place to call home. Communication is key when negotiating rentals. You can expect me to keep you up to date, keep you looped into what is needed for your rental application (it can differ from landlord to landlord), and be here for any questions you may have. </p> <p></p> <p>When I am not finding the right fit for my clients, you may find me around my neighborhood of Port Richmond where I live with my husband and 3 furry seniors, Andrei, Cassie and Cedric.
