Every buyer, regardless of price point, deserves A+ service and disclosure.</p> <p>4. I never need the commission check more than your best interests. We always manage our personal finances in such a way that all of our deals could terminate at any given time and financially we are fine (but sad for our clients!).</p> <p>As associate brokers, we have a combined 15+<br>years of experience in the industry. We own rental properties, an Airbnb, and completely remodeled the house in which we live.
