Tripp Butler

<p>Tripp Butler was born in Rome, Georgia and grew up<br />outside of Atlanta. After graduating from The University of Alabama, Tripp<br />started his career in commercial real estate in Atlanta before moving to<br />Charleston, South Carolina in the early 90&#8217;s as a sales executive with Wild<br />Dunes Real Estate. After being a fulltime sales executive for a few years he<br />then took over as broker, then partner and finally CEO with full responsibility<br />for P&amp;L performance, goal setting, overall operations, marketing and sales<br />management, managing a staff of 20. While working on real estate development projects in conjunction with<br />Wild Dunes Development Company, Tripp held responsibility for sales, marketing<br />and infrastructure matters resulting in a rejuvenated residential development<br />firm which at the end of 2005 was sold to Lowe Enterprises (the country&#8217;s 5th<br />largest independent management company) after having increased annual sales by<br />over $70 million.</p> <p>From<br />2006 to 2007 Tripp was Vice President of Genesis Designer Homes after being<br />recommended for the position by the two companies mutual CPA. Tripp developed<br />and supervised the sales team and large support staff, building them to achieve<br />100% of an aggressive 2006 revenue goal, while competitors were losing market<br />share in a slowing sector.</p> <p>After purchasing Southbridge Realty in 2008, Tripp<br />changed the name of our Company to Southbridge Greater Savannah Realty. Tripp<br />wanted a name that would now reflect our Company covering Tybee Island,<br />Downtown, the Islands, Southside, Pooler all the way to Ellabel and as far<br />south as Hinesville. Sales in the Southbridge Neighborhood are about 35% of our<br />business with large portions of our sales coming from Pooler, Richmond Hill,<br />Effingham County, and the Islands.</p> <p>Since 2008 Southbridge Greater Savannah Realty has<br />continued to grow to be one of the Top Boutique Real Estate Companies in the<br />surrounding Savannah, Georgia area. Over 20% percent of our business comes from<br />relocation work with some of the largest names in the country. The relocation<br />companies choose to work with Southbridge Greater Savannah Realty because our<br />agents work from an actual office location that allows our team to have daily<br />walk-in/call-in traffic.
