“I scheduled a showing at 47 18th St, Bangor, with her. When I drove up to the property, there was someone sitting in a vehicle in front whom I thought to be Tanya but upon my introduction told me she was a friend of hers and was waiting for her. I thought it was odd. When Tanya arrived, she immediately brought me down into the basement while the other woman stood at the top of the basement stairs OUTSIDE. To my astonishment, the basement walls were CAVING IN and the whole building was unstable! I couldn't believe she brought me down there and was angry at realizing that was the reason the other woman was there. I guess Tanya wanted her there in case the building collapsed! I later caught Tanya in several LIES and confronted her about it. I would stay away from this realtor.”
