<p>Toni was born and raised in the New Orleans Metro area. She has been licensed in Louisiana since 1999. She has both residential and commercial real estate experience. Toni has deep roots in the City that personally span 40 years. Most people will realize right away, that she has a gift for connecting people and their needs which comes from her knowledge and love of the area and its people.</p> <p>After moving uptown for grad school, Toni quickly became enthralled with historic homes and architecture. After much thought, she left her environmental career and started working in the uptown real estate market. Her continual professional demeanor and expert skill set create a reassuring experience for those who work with her to buy, sell or develop in New Orleans. She is absolutely passionate about real estate and can often tell you the history of homes and neighborhoods that only comes with experience. Thus, a buyer will understand the Louisiana process and timelines and feel comfortable throughout the process.</p> <p>Having a quick eye for investment and opportunity mixed with a love for all aspects of historic homes including their restoration and preservation, has lead Toni to numerous development projects thought out her career. She has worked on bringing blighted properties into commerce, historic renovations, subdivisions and condo conversions. This has caused her to forge lasting relationships with inspectors, subcontractors, architects, and city officials. Toni truly knows where to find some of the greatest finds in the city for renovations from backsplash tile to the perfect bathroom mirror. Her construction experience, which includes design, management and sales is an added benefit to buyers and sellers since the condition of a property is key to valuing and navigating the inspection process.</p> <p>On a personal note, Toni is a mother to three children and lives right off of the parade route. Mardi Gras and music are an integral part to her life in New Orleans. She is involved in numerous krewes and loves to dance and parade. New Orleans is a very special place and Toni feels lucky every day to live in this great city. Her clients feel this spark and love for the city with translates to an amazing energy. She is truly passionate about New Orleans and all it has to offer.</p>
