“I recently sold my childhood home, a duplex in Tujunga that needed significant work. Both units were tenant-occupied, so it required a very specific type of buyer willing to purchase a fixer with renters already in place. I asked Tom to represent me because of his deep experience in the Sunland–Tujunga area. My hope was that if the standard MLS listing didn’t attract the right buyer, his network might. Tom priced the property correctly from the start and we got offers, however the Buyers were not a good fit. Ultimately he got me exactly what I was hoping for.
