“Purchased two homes and sold one all in 2018 through this agent. Looking for the first one, seems like I remember him even showing us houses for our younger son on Christmas Eve 2017 (we closed in 2018). The second we saw listed on a Sunday, viewed and made an offer the same day. This was an area attractive to us that we had considered buying in for some time. The third was the sale of our larger home we had lived in for the past 15 years. He made recommendations on what to fix. It took a while to get it in shape, but when we finally went live with the listing, we had an offer that stuck on the first day for the full list price. We closed the same month we listed.”
