I'll work to minimize that as much as possible. I'll give you advice on curb appeal and staging, should you need it. I'll explain the selling process and always be available for questions or concerns.</p> <p>I'm a good listener and am pretty intuitive for a guy. Together, we'll figure out what's important to you in a new home or in structuring the deal for your home sale. I've had plenty of experience in deal negotiations and have talked real estate at family gatherings since I married into a third generation real estate family. I've had numerous repeat clients because I put their interests first and believe a well served client is more important than any single deal.</p> <p>I was handed my real estate license with my marriage license. There was some real estate schooling, of course, then more schooling 15 years later to get my broker's license. I own three multifamilies so I know that market, and landlording, as well as single family and condominium real estate.　 </p> <p>I live in West Hartford with my wife. My 26 year old twins have moved out. They visit, which is far better. I'm a past Kiwanis president and have been on boards of directors for theater, school and other organizations. I'm currently on the board of West Hartford Community Television.
