We met Tim through our Florida realtor, and he met with us the very next day to clearly explain the process and set realistic expectations. While we originally thought our Denver home would sell quickly, the market shifted unexpectedly in mid-2025, and the process became far more stressful than anyone anticipated. Throughout it all, Tim never pressured us. He consistently provided clear information, let us make our own decisions, and even advised us to hold off on an offer, which ultimately saved us money when we needed it most. The Thrive team worked seamlessly behind the scenes, coordinating closely with our Florida realtor to make buying our new home and selling our Colorado home possible at the same time. After a buyer backed out twice, Tim stepped in, increased activity dramatically, and found us a solid buyer on December 1st, allowing us to close by the end of the year.
