To be a truly attentive agent, there comes a point where you need a team. We realized that early on. We decided to form The Reliance Group so that we could all work together to ensure that our client's always receive the best possible service. Each of our clients have not only their individual agent's point of contact, but also the contact info for our operations manager, who works hard to make sure all aspects of the transaction are taken care of correctly and in a timely manner. </p> <p>We wanted to do things differently. We wanted to create a team that wasn't about numbers. We wanted to make it about client service. We structured our team differently than any other team we had seen. We focus on each agent's individual growth and happiness. We believe in being fair to each other as well as to our clients. If our agents are happy, our clients will be too. </p> <p>Since we formed The Reliance Group, we have expanded to to include 4 agents, and 1 full time operations manager. Each agent specializes in different areas of town, and different areas of real estate. Working with us, you will always get a knowledgeable agent. We continue to grow our team, always looking out for more caring, hard working agents, that share our customer service philosophy. </p>
