“Better than traditional seller's realtor but know what you are doing. They will offer you additional services for additional fees, know if you need them. Each state has their own quirks. I did not use additional services and was happy with the savings. I was not happy that the square footage showed up incorrectly when syndicated. I pointed it out but it was never corrected. When the house was pending the ShowingTime canceled all future appointments. I never got a satisfactory answer if it was system error or user error. They manage this for you. But I did really like the ShowingTime self scheduling. ”
