Driven by passion for Hawaii and a passion for people, Sun Park has dedicated her professional life to everything real estate. Sun was born in Seoul Korea and immigrated to heavenly Hawaii over 30 years ago! Like many other immigrants, she and her family faced many challenges to overcome and victor over. To survive and thrive in Hawaii, Sun and her family became entrepreneurs in retail. Having owned and managed successful small businesses in Waikiki, Waikele Premium Outlets, and the world re-known Ala Moana Center, Sun gained valuable management, negotiation, relationship, and intercultural skills. These lessons shaped Sun's core values in all that she does: Always strive to develop innovation, do all things with integrity, exceed expectations, and nurture relationships. Sun grew up in various parts of Honolulu and Kailua as the needs of her family changed. She has witnessed 3 real estate cycles; experienced both success and hardships that came with each cycle. It was while Sun was attending the University of Hawaii that she had 1st hand, in depth experience of the hardships of a market crash resulting from aftereffects of 9/11 in 2001. More importantly, she learned the power of tenacity to fuel one's ability to create and execute a solution that is a win-win for all! Today, Sun is a proud and dedicated agent at Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties. She is a team player and welcomes any challenge as an opportunity to serve people.  In her free time, she will be serving at Hawaii Central Presbyterian, exploring the island, or snorkeling over the reefs with her children!  She exudes her love for Hawaii, love for life, and love for real estate!
