“Nine years ago, Sue was the seller's broker when I bought a 2-family in West Roxbury. I was so impressed with her then that, when I wanted to sell this spring, I sought her out. She was my salvation! Let me count the ways: First, the house needed work to get it ready for sale. All of my contractors had retired.
