He also had a Home Information Booklet prepared which he left on the kitchen counter that answered every question about anything and everything to do with my home. Also included was an online 3D tour and digital floorplan. My home was at the top of search engines when I viewed it. I actually received a contract the second day my home was on the market. That buyer had to withdraw their offer for financial reasons but Steven secured a second contract days later. I closed on my home 38 days after it was listed which included the days needed for the buyers loan to be processed. Steven’s negotiation skills earned me thousands of dollars more than I was expecting and I couldn’t have found a more detailed oriented Realtor. He was always available to take my calls.
