Steven and Corey Baird

<br/> <p><b>Steven D. Baird </b>is Broker, Owner and REALTOR of The Baird Group Real Estate Services. He has been involved in all phases of the companys development since its founding in 1997.&nbsp;Steve began his business career in Utah by co-owning a retail furniture store at the age of 21. In 1979 he joined the Wardley Corporation as a real estate sales associate. In 1980 he joined the firm of Real Estate Exchange as a sales associate where he worked on raising capital for real estate limited partnerships. In 1984 he joined the Kier Corporation as Marketing Director in charge of development and sales of various residential and commercial projects.&nbsp; In 1987 he joined Coldwell Banker as a sales associate and co-founded Royal Development. In 1989 he moved to Las Vegas, Nevada and joined Stanpark Homes and Development as a marketing director and sales manager overseeing sales of residential projects and raising capital for future development. In 1992 he joined Coldwell Banker Premier Realty as an office manager.&nbsp;Steve then elevated to the position of Regional COO overseeing the operations of the Las Vegas metro area and St. George, Utah before forming The Baird Group. The Baird Group has been recognized on a local and national level as performance leaders every year. Steve has held a real estate brokers license in Utah and is currently the Principal Broker in Nevada.&nbsp; He is a Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist. He is also a member of the National Association of Realtors since 1979.</p> <p><b>Corey J. Baird </b>is a&nbsp;Broker- Salesperson,&nbsp;Owner and Realtor&nbsp;for The Baird Group Real Estate Services. Corey joined The Baird Group in 2004 after attending Dixie State College and serving on a mission for his church. He is a licensed Realtor in the state of Nevada and a member of the National Association of Realtors. He is a Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist. Corey's responsibilities includes personal sales,&nbsp;overseeing administrative operations for the company: Private party sales, asset management and preservation, processing probate, bankruptcy, and short sales, home owner association liaison and property evaluations.
