“Our experience with Steve was perhaps the worst experience with a realtor we, or any of our friends and acquaintances, have had. Steve never called us unless we said we had an emergency, he only texted and didn't help us in making decisions or navigating the sale of our house. He always Zoom meetings or out of town engagements when we were needing to be in his office, and even at our own closing. When we discussed his lack of involvement and communication with us, he told us to "stop playing the victims" (paraphrase). Selling our house through Steve was the most difficult and stressful experience of our cross country move, and we would never recommend him to anyone. If you're looking for an agent who communicates, who is responsive, who guides you in making these large decisions, Steve Prescott is not the right fit for you.”
