“Stephen had helped us purchase a property back in May of 2016. We had set up a Purchase Money Mortgage with the seller to pay for it and were gladly making our monthly payments. Sadly, our bank then did a system upgrade and it wiped out all the account information we had on file to make the monthly mortgage payments to the seller!!!! Yikes---it was only 6 days to the end of the month and we needed to have the payment to the seller by March!! Unfortunately all the account information had to be reentered into the banks' system to re-set up the payments. Sadly----I did not have the account information, not could I find it anywhere!!! I tried to call the bank, but they were unable to retrieve the actual account information if it was not an account at their bank----which it was not. I frantically called Stephen as my last resort to see if he could somehow get me the information. He set me up with Shelley, who called me and said we could try a couple things. She offered to call or email the seller and see if she could get the account information for me. She luckily called the seller who was able to get her all the information that was needed and the problem was remedied in under an hour!!! I was so relieved as I was quite stressed over potentially missing a payment, as there were clauses in my contract about what could happen if a payment was missed. Stephen and Shelley were super helpful and the situation was taken care of so quickly it was a great experience. I would highly recommend this teams!!!!”
