“I can’t tell you how much of a blessing Shannon Metcalf has been for my family and ME!!! We had a situation that was not planned that included selling our family home. Our home had been in ownership since the 70’s. You all know through 50 years how much a family home can accumulate possessions. Thank goodness Shannon meant us with an entire plan of action on how to distribute all the belongings, obtain super cheap outsource services and selling the home. On top of all that, she personally put in an outrageous amount of hours working with our family during the entire transition. I was living in another state while all this was going on. Shannon kept me up-to-date on all matters and was available all the time for my questions through text, email, phone and virtually. I never felt overwhelmed during this transition as Shannon is great on coming up with resources to help our sell of the home. Are you ready for this great news? It only took 6 weeks to get everything done and that INCLUDES selling the home and closing.
