We have been selling real estate in Las Vegas and Henderson since 1989, more than 30 years. In 1991, we moved to Prudential Americana Group Realtors, the recognized leader in real estate in Henderson and Las Vegas, and have been with that company ever since. (Prudential Americana Group Realtors was Americana, Better Homes & Gardens when we first joined, and became a Prudential franchise in the late 90s). In 2014, Prudential Americana Group Realtors was acquired by Berkshire Hathaway, and our name changed to Berkshire Hathaway Home Services - Nevada Properties. Year in and year out we were at or near the top of their office both in representing buyers in Henderson and Las Vegas and in representing sellers in Henderson and Las Vegas. We have always taken pride in the fact we care about the best interest of the client, not just trying to close a transaction, or just sell a buyer a house. We know that by doing our best for our current client, even if it means them not buying a particular house or not listing their home at that particular time, it will more than pay us back and referrals going forward, and enable us to go to bed knowing we have done our best.

“Sean and Emily had been sending me “The News You Can Use” for at least 8 years. When I finally decided to sell they were the most logical choice for selling my home. They sell homes specifically in Vista Ridge where the house is located and other nearby areas. Their associate Christine, was very helpful not only with the paperwork but she likes and is able to fix stuff. Every home needs something done to it to make it sellable and she was extremely helpful. The process wa a bit different because it involved a 1031 Exchange. Their recommended 1031 company, IPX1031, handled the process easily. Great people to work with and I would definitely recommend them for your buying or selling of your house. Phil.”
