“Scott helped me and my family find the perfect house for us. I knew in my mind what I wanted and we were having a hard time finding it based on our budget. We were ready to put down an offer on a house that we weren't totally in love with and Scott knew that we were settling. He convinced us to look a bit more and actually found a Fannie Mae foreclosure that was EXACTLY...and I mean EXACTLY...what I had in mind. It was in fantastic shape...better than most of the houses that we looked at. He had to do some hard negotiating but he got the price down to something we were comfortable with. We are also in a much better part of the neighborhood. We couldn't be happier with our new home and we already have tons of equity.”
