“A group rented The Boatyard in Cape Elizabeth for 3 nights. Our point person dealt with an agent at this office. The short term rental property was beautiful and well equipped, but dirty to the point of disgust. Upon receiving details of the property condition with a few pix of some utter filth, the agent's response was "I am beyond horrified". Despite her alleged horror, the reply to a refund request for the $500 cleaning fee was a list of irrelevant defenses, and a mere $100 refund. Our group is beyond horrified by this unprofessional and nauseating experience.”
