“This is our first house ever and we knew little about the buying process as well as things one needs to look for when seeing a house before deciding whether to make an offer. Sarah has patiently guided us through the whole process. She took time to explain to us the details of the offer contract and the technical aspects of a house from its inspection report that we weren't familiar with. She worked closely and promptly with us to craft strong offers for the houses we were interested in. Whenever we received feedback for our offers, Sarah let us know immediately and worked with us to counter with a stronger offer -- she has always listened to our needs and combined that with the feedback from the seller to come up with a great strategy to move forward.
