After breaking into the Boston and Brookline real estate scene in 2012 Sarah jumped right into project managing new construction projects, gut rehabs and hasn't looked back since. Originally from beaches of southern New Jersey, Sarah came to Boston in 2004 and graduated Cum Laude from Northeastern University. She was a double major in Journalism and History and was a coxswain on the Division I men's rowing team. Her love of fitness didn't stop after graduation – she is a veteran instructor at Boston's Best Indoor Cycling Studio; The Handle Bar. More recently, Sarah and her husband Ryan have joined forces to create the Maguire Group - your one stop shop for all things real estate. They offer buyer and seller representation, rental representation for both landlords and renters and also property management through Ryan's company, Wave Property Management. The Maguire Group has an exciting 2018-2019 pipeline of new construction projects in South Boston. The Maguire Group is a proud sponsor of South Boston Youth Hockey and South Boston's first dog park - "The Bark Park." Sarah is also an active board member of Vilna Shul's Downtown Young Families Committee. Sarah and her husband are proud South Boston home owners and plan on raising their family right in Southie. When she isn't out helping guide her client's through the buying and selling process, you can find her either enjoying the beaches of Cape Cod with her growing family (son Liam and daughter Mollie) and their bulldog or teaching a class at The Handle Bar!
