“In 2022, we entrusted Sarah with the task of selling our home in Barrington, RI. She went above and beyond and got our house sold in 3 days for an high above asking price with a quick and flawless closing process. This week, Sarah did it again for our condominium in Providence, RI. Thanks to her diligent work and networking skills, we received an offer high above asking, immediately after it became active. She went above and beyond our expectation as she was heavily involved in preparing the property before the listing including any necessary repairs, fire safety inspection, cleaning and staging. She worked seamlessly with the condominium association to obtain all the necessary documents. Sarah is very proactive, so during the last big winter storm, she kept a watchful eye on the condominium to make sure it did not get any storm damage and to make sure the buyer received a pristine property.
