“I worked with Sabine for almost a year during my non-urgent condo hunt in Providence. I didn’t know what to expect as a first-time homebuyer, but it is an emotional roller coaster in this market! Sabine really went above and beyond anything I would have expected. She is from the area, lives in Providence and works for a company that has sold a ton of real estate in the area (I was specifically looking in the east side of Providence, but she is knowledgeable beyond that area). Sabine was incredibly responsive, helpful, friendly, gave really good guidance, is a great negotiator, I could go on. I wasn’t in a rush to buy a place, and she was very patient with me; I never felt pressured to put in an offer on a place I didn’t love, and wasn’t pressured to offer more than I could handle. I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking in the Providence area. (I already have and she was able to find my longtime family friends a house in a short amount of time). ”
