“I met with Ryan for the first time when I had found a Mobile Home that I was interested in purchasing. During that first meeting, Ryan asked questions and probed in an effort to assess what I was looking for. I was really impressed with his knowledge about the mobile home market. The entire experience is relaxed and comfortable. You know you can say exactly what’s on your mind without offending Now that right there is worth its weight in gold! Equally important for me; I knew I could trust him to call it like it is. He would absolutely let me know that based on what I was looking for this might not be the perfect fit and we would check it out and sure enough it was not a good fit’ OR he would say this looks great in photos - let’s look at some other properties - and I knew he was looking for something better for me. And after the sale? Ryan stays invested beyond the sale. Not for what is in it for him, but because when you shake hands with Ryan, you pretty much sealed the deal and gained a genuine friend for life. Last, but definitely not least, I give you my word, Ryan will never be ‘too busy’ for you.”

“Ryan Larsen was incredible. When I started my home search process I had no idea what I was in for in this tough market. He saved my bacon on several homes where I thought looked good but once we looked at the house he was looking at things I never thought of. He saved me from buying a house that had massive sewer issues. Also when my lender let me down at the last min on buying a home he found me a great lender that go the job done faster and with a better rate in a home that was pricier then I originally thought. “Great. When we went to houses he used his expertise to make sure I got what I paid for. He was more picky on some things that I was and pointed little things I didn’t want to have to deal with out. Always checked important things in the houses first like the roof water heater...etc. he was always willing to work with my schedule no complaints and got my house for me fast as soon as I picked one.”
