“Ryan was the best that we could hope for. While looking for houses he quickly narrowed his search to the homes that best suited us, even though we gave him a wide range of options to begin with. Ryan also looked out for us, like when we were looking at a home, he pointed out that the seals on all the windows were broken and the cost that it would take to repair the numerous windows in the house. The fact that he pointed out a major flaw in a home that was more expensive then the one we ultimately went with, showed us that he had our best interests in mind. Ryan also helped us out with our lender, when the bank was less than helpful with interest rates dropping and our closing cost disclosures going up and down for no apparent reason. Ryan was their to help us get a lower rate and explained the mistakes that the bank had made. Finally, even after closing Ryan was there to help provide support when surprises popped up after closing.
