“In summary, Rusty Taylor is an angel who came into my family’s lives when needed most. I was in a complex and what turned out to be a very complicated situation. I was moving my elderly mother from CT to live with me in NH, which meant I needed a bigger place. My mother had to sell her home first, then my home under contract to sell, and finally get a place to live that met the needs of us both under contract. This was a crazy timeline. When I started looking seriously, I contacted Rusty after reading recommendations. She was suffering and undergoing treatment for an injury. However, she picked up the phone. While healing, Rusty arranged for a part-time member to help with tours and showings. Though my mind kept changing to what I wanted, she remained patient. Then we met at a townhouse I wasn’t even looking at. She got to know my mother and I so well, that once I walked-in, it felt and looked perfect. After pushing the seller, lenders, and working with me before bids were due, Rusty pulled it off for me to be at the top of the seller’s list. With my mother’s home set to sell, she then put my home up for sale. She sold it in 3 days above the asking price. Significant complications arose in that my mother’s home was in jeopardy of losing the contract due to a technical oversight that no one completely understood. Rusty didn’t hesitate to assist the realtor. Her vast experience and incredible knowledge proved to cross over state lines. She called lawyers, associations members, underwriters, etc. and found the mistake. Unfortunately, it couldn’t be rectified; however, my house sold and my mother had already moved to NH. We planned on living in a hotel with our belongings in storage. Rusty is so caring that she wouldn’t let that happen. She made an arrangement to have us rent our new home until all was set to close. Despite all hardships and immense stress, Rusty was with us throughout the tough journey. She maintained impeccable communication and smart problem-solver. She didn’t give up on us even though we almost did. I cannot give another realtor a higher recommendation because of her outstanding character, vast knowledge, experience and skills, and big heart. She made our dream home a reality.”

“Rusty repesented us as a buyer's agent on two condominium units that we purchased this year. The appointment to view both units was quickly arranged and our offer was rapidly presented to the seller. Rusty followed up on the offer which was ultimately accepted and followed through to the title closing. Rusty was present at the closing to assist with anything that came up.
