I started out in real estate as an investor and I currently still continue to invest in the market today. I decided to become an appraiser to get a better understanding of the core principles that establish value for various types of properties. After doing that for a few years it provoked my interest even further into the market of real estate. That eventually put me on the path to become a professional real estate agent. Goals and activities : Neighborhood Revitalization and Investor training As President of Kingdom Mindset Community we are seeking to rebuild the infrastructure of the Metro Detroit city one community at a time. That by itself will greatly strengthen the surrounding areas (Macomb, Oakland,Wayne). We are doing this on a grass roots level by working with the local neighborhood organizations, contractors, and community supporters. We are focused on creating home ownership and cultivating community pride. In addition to providing home ownership there is also a need to educate and support real estate investors in Metro Detroit. A better educated investor equals better housing and makes a stronger community. Also I continue to partner with innovative entrepreneurs that help create jobs and increase revenue through out the region and provide employment which will provide support for more families. At my church I lead the Community Outreach Ministry, Male mentoring, and serve on the New members ministry. We teach, educate, train and go out to the community addressing the needs of others through Jesus Christ. Personal Service My duty as an agent is not to sell houses, that is a byproduct, my duty is to serve the people on a strategy that will meet their goals and exceed their expectation! Whether that goal is to sell their home at a great price by a certain date because, of an employment opportunity out of state, or a family is upgrading to a new home. The reason could be they've out grown it, or maybe they desire a better area to raise their children....achieving the requests of the client that will most positively impact their future is always the focal point for me.
