I earned a BA in Marketing from ISU in 1994 and worked as a marketing coordinator for Iowa's top electrical distributor for several years. Later, I made the move to the mortgage industry, gaining experience in marketing and loan processing. So, not only can I market your property effectively, but I also have the experience and knowledge to guide you through the loan process, ensuring we address potential issues before they become problems.<br /><br />In 2005, I transitioned from lending to real estate sales and dedicated myself to learning everything I could to assist my clients. I've earned certifications like Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI).
