The process of buying and selling real estate doesn't have to be stressful. I strive to make the experience productive and fun by listening carefully, communicating clearly and being knowledgeable about the market and financing.  I am responsive (I pick my phone up when it rings when not in the pool or the sea), reliable, patient and attentive to buyers and sellers' needs.  Being a dependable, honest and loyal agent committed to what is best for my clients is the only way I can operate. I'm a Maine native from Bangor. I lived in Portland for ten years before moving to Peaks Island in 1986.  I know the area well and would be happy to show you the ins and outs of life in Maine. I list and sell houses in the entire Portland area.  If you are selling your house, I will give you advice on what to do to get the best price and I will even help you do it!  In one case, the seller was unable to come to the house at all.  With her permission, I sold or donated everything in the house, had it cleaned and staged. Looking at houses and dreaming about the possibilities is great fun.  I have painted each room in my house at least twice!
