Rachael Dotson

<p>Rachael Dotson is a top-producing Realtor® with Residential Properties Ltd, licensed in both Rhode Island and Massachusetts. Rachael’s sales volume in 2020 topped $25 million as a solo agent, having nearly doubled her business every year since starting in 2014. She gained valuable experience and insight at the beginning of her career working with one of the highest producing teams in Providence. She quickly realized that her entrepreneurial background of graphic design, art, grant writing, and leading public art projects with civic groups could serve her well in this new career. Her ability to conceptualize the big picture while juggling important details and timelines proved indispensable in the intense world of real estate. In March of 2018, Rachael made the leap to Residential Properties and continues to exceed client expectations while bringing a fresh, creative perspective to the industry.<br /></p> <p>Originally from the Pacific Northwest, Rachael moved to Providence in the summer of 2013 with her husband Tom and two children Oliver and Pippa. Having first lived on the East Side and West Side of the city, Rachael has now settled next to gorgeous Roger Williams Park, where she enjoys time with friends and family, and looks forward to hosting outside events again. When not rolling up her sleeves in the garden, Rachael loves home renovation projects, having recently converted her garage to a finished outdoor entertainment space. Outside of home, Rachael and her family love cheering for Pippa and her Special Olympics team, the Cranston Cyclones. She is also thrilled to have been asked to be an ambassador in support of Sojourner House in 2021. <br /></p> <p>Rachael’s artistic sensibilities and creative approach to problem solving help set her apart in a crowded field.
