What my clients are saying

Pitina was nothing short of phenomenal. Every step of the way, she was happy to provide explanation or seek the answers I needed. From our first meeting, all the way through closing, whether the negotiations were going our way or not, Pitina was always passionate and strategic about getting me all of the information I needed to rest fully assured that we were moving in the right direction. I never had any doubts that Pitina--her team, or the people she put me in contact with--had my best interests at heart; in the world today, that is worth more than money can buy.

I can’t thank Pinita enough for everything she did for me throughout the process of buying my first home. From the very beginning, she was incredibly responsive, always getting back to me quickly and making sure none of my questions went unanswered. As a first-time homebuyer, I had a lot of uncertainty, but Pinita walked me through every step with patience and clarity. What really stood out was how hard she fought for me. She truly had my best interests at heart and went above and beyond to make sure I got the best possible outcome. On top of being an amazing realtor, she’s also just a genuinely kind and supportive person, which made the entire experience so much less stressful. I’m so grateful to have had Pinita by my side during this journey. I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home!

It was a pleasure working with Pitina and her team. During a stressful time of losing both parents within 8 months, I had to manage their estate and sell their home. Pitina patiently walked me through the process, educated me on the market conditions, and simply provided emotional support throughout. When the house went on the market, I had three offers in less than one week - a testament to Pitina and her team's professionalism and expertise. Thank you is not enough!
