Following graduation, she began working in banking at the Indosuez Bank, initially in Madrid, then Brussels, and finally in Paris, where she lived for fourteen years. She was in the International Purchasing Department of the bank, doing world-wide cost optimization for financial data providers, and was the head buyer for external technological consulting services.She also worked as an internal consultant for the Capital Market Department in Paris, and managed the back office's handling of the transition from the franc to the euro, as well as capital market migration for Europe. While in Paris, she began buying and remodeling property for herself, and discovered that she really loved real estate. She emigrated with her family to the U.S., with the dream of going into real estate full-time.
