<p>As an Associate Broker with The Maine Real Estate Network, I currently work with home sellers, both seasoned and first time buyers, and manage a portfolio of investment properties.&nbsp;During the real estate downturn, I earned the designations of CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert) and CFCP (Certified Financial Counseling Professional) and helped hundreds of underwater and credit challenged homeowners and buyers with their real estate needs.&nbsp; Happily, our local real estate market continues to show steady improvement and my focus can once again return to helping investors, home buyers, and home sellers succeed with their real estate goals.&nbsp;</p> <p>I started&nbsp;investing in real estate in 1999 while coaching soccer at Bowdoin College in Brunswick, Maine and continued investing in the early 2000's while teaching at the Chewonki Foundation in Wiscasset, Maine.&nbsp; In 2003, I decided to go full time into real estate by helping to start a family real estate agency in Manhattan, New York where I brokered multi-million dollar transactions for buyers and sellers.&nbsp; In 2006, I left Manhattan to start a family in Maine and open yet another real estate company.&nbsp; In 2011, I made the decision to join Maine's largest independently owned real estate agency, The Maine Real Estate Network.&nbsp; I thoroughly enjoy the daily challenge of exceeding my clients' expectations.</p> <p>When not assisting clients you might find me on the soccer field either coaching youth teams or playing myself.&nbsp; You might also find me on the ski slopes or catching waves at the beach.&nbsp; I'm an active member of the Portland Rotary Club, South Maine Real Estate Investment Association and the Southern Maine Landlords Association.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
