“I can't recommend Patty enough. This is our second time using Patty. We recently built a home that was also our first home. Going in, my fiance' and I didn't know anything about the home buying process. Patty not only guided us through the process, but gave great advice, took as much time as we needed for questions, and made each phase of the process easier. Builder Selection: We had looked at a couple of homes before talking to Patty. We gave Patty a list of requirements, and she showed us multiple home builders so we could have confidence the builder we selected was the right decision. (We wouldn't have done this on our own, and is part of the Patty difference.) Design Selection: Patty attended the design selection meetings with our builder and had great advice. She provided great feedback on which options would hold value over time, and which options wouldn't. She wouldn't attempt to sway our decision one way or another but would provide her honest opinion about what options were best. During Build: Both my fiance' have jobs that are very time intensive. Having Patty on the team took the stress out of having to track down our builder for every detail. She did a great job of staying active in the build process and keeping our builder on track with our concerns. Patty attended all of the meetings with our builder and used her professional eye to help catch any issues in the construction. She also recommended a great inspector that found several problems during the different phases of the build. I can't recommend enough to spend the money to have the home inspected. Closing: During the closing, we had several questions about verbiage, and Patty did a great job of explaining at a high level the different parts of the document. She helped us walk out feeling comfortable with the biggest purchase of our life. Patty makes you feel like a five million dollar buyer even when you're not. She's always responsive and makes things happen. As issues and problems come up, she knocks them down with tenacity. She's a true professional and would encourage anyone buying a home to use Patty.”
