Patricia has a background in Human Resources as well as Hotel Management along with sales and marketing, making her a natural in real estate. After moving to Atlanta in 1993, she fell in love with the city and learned as much as she could about the history and neighborhoods. </p> <p>With this knowledge, she began working in commercial real estate in 2003, and then moved into new construction sales in 2004. She was a vital part of the condo growth throughout Midtown, Brookhaven, Buckhead, and Dunwoody, having worked on such notable buildings as Centennial Park West, Plaza Midtown, Manchester, 1010 Midtown, Village Place Brookhaven, The Grammercy, and The Manhattan. </p> <p>In 2011, Patricia became a founding partner of Brightstar at Keller Williams, which is a Top 10 Group in KW's Southeast region. She leads a team of agents selling condominiums and single family homes throughout the metro Atlanta area. While my partner was on his second home purchase, I was a first-time homebuyer with very little knowledge about how to find the right place. We know several realtors, but I already knew we were going to select Joseph for his services. He is honest, experienced, and he really helped to take the pressure off of us.
