“I could write a novel of how amazing Pam Taylor is, but I will try to keep it short for Zillow. We were first time homebuyers from out of state and had minimal ideas of what to do next. Pam informed us of every option that suited our situation and got us set up with the best loan and lender for us. She stayed in contact with us during the quiet part of our house hunt (completing homeowners classes, continuing savings and narrowing down location) and went above and beyond during the active hunt. Our contact was via text, call and/or email. Whenever we had a question or house inquiry, Pam made herself available to assist us. When the time came to get serious about looking into houses, Pam went above and beyond for us. She would go out and do video walk throughs to send us so we didnt have to haul our 2 toddlers out an hour drive for a 20 minute viewing. She pulled the research before we had time to ask the questions. We were on the same page from the beginning of what fit our familys needs as well as likes. Pam was proactive and looked at houses right as they were listed and gave us her opinion before we even noticed them on zillow. When we found a house and our offer was accepted, Pam was still by our side the whole time. She kept us in the email loop between seller and contractors and gave us the option of her being the contact for repairs or us. It was incredibly helpful being out of state and not able to be there at all times to have a realtor who took the lead and helped with all of the paperwork, repairs and communication. She had fantastic recommendations for inspectors and electricians, and worked on getting them out in a time crunch over the holidays. Our final walk through was disappointing with the seller having items everywhere still and Pam went above and beyond again by visiting the house over the weekend before closing to ensure the seller was getting the house cleared for us. She even went over there at 730 in the morning when we closed at 9. Even after closing Pam has been amazing! If we have a question, she still makes herself readily available to us. We had a concern about a repair and she came over, made phone calls and got the repair man out there the same day to get it taken care of. Aside from professionally, Pam is a very friendly and likeable person. My three year old friended her and loved playing with her and my one year old smiled and loved seeing her each time as well. You will be truly lucky and fortunate to work with Pam Taylor. She is a fantastic realtor, wonderful person and a great face of what Cheyenne is made of.”
