“When it came time to sell my parents home to settle their estate, I was recommended to Norman O'Grady by a friend. He was the best choice I made. He sat down with me to discuss what I could expect, based on comparable sales and the timeframe. We agreed on a listing price and when to list the house. After the house was cleared, he brought in a photographer and the pictures did the interior justice. The house was listed, he held an open house and it received multiple offers. Norman discussed the offers with me and we accepted the best one. Norman handled all the negotiations. The time from listing to closing was one month.
