“I don't write reviews a lot, but I can't tell you how compelled I felt to write this one. I found Nigel when he answered a desperate cry for help and desperation on a post on Zillow. We didn't have a clue about buying a home, besides a general idea of what we wanted for us and our 5 kids. Nigel (and I quote) "drove more miles showing us houses than he did on his trip over from the UK"... lol. We put him through SO much, and that is not lost on us ONE bit. After some horrible situations with sellers here in Iowa, we decided to move out of state, and I was SO disappointed with all of the agents I'd dealt with after Nigel. Nobody I've talked to even holds a candle to how helpful, informed, and responsive he is. I'm very big on instant gratification, and Nigel was CONSTANTLY right on top of things, and always getting right back to me. I'm so thankful for the months of experience we did have with him, because it put us in a much more knowledgeable place for our relocation. Even if we are spoiled now, because nobody could possibly be as dedicated as he is. I'll admit, I'm pretty high maintenance, and quite a pain to deal with, and I know it. But Nigel kept right up, and satisfied all of my demands as a buyer. He even gave us wake up calls for early morning property hunts :) If you are looking to buy a house in central Iowa, you are doing yourself a SERIOUS disservice if you don't use Nigel as your buyers agent.
