“Nick Laymon is a true professional. My recent experience was listing and selling my house in Las Vegas. I met with Nick, he told me exactly what to do and more importantly what not to do to prepare my property for showing. He came in with his people to film virtual tour. After I saw the virtual tour online I couldn't believe it was so well done. Shortly after I had 2 offers, Nick handled all negotiations with my approvals. After the offer was selected the buyer did the home inspection. Nick handled the negotiations on repairs (we did not agree to do all requested) and he facilitated the contractors to do everything. Bottom line is Nick is a "full service" realtor who handled the whole process from beginning to end with my complete knowledge but little work on my end.
