Neil Brooks

Neil graduated from Paradise Valley High School and joined the Navy where he spent four years traveling the world on board the USS Coral Sea and the USS Constellation.<br/><br/>While enlisted, Neil met and married his wife Emily. &nbsp;After being honorably discharged from the Navy, Neil moved Emily and her two children back to Arizona and went to work for Xerox Corporation as a receptionist. &nbsp;Neil stayed at Xerox for a number of years and worked his way up into a sales position, selling copiers and fax machines to small businesses.<br/><br/>Neil made a career change into the Resort business where for 10 years he was a National Sales Manager responsible for the pharmaceutical industry. &nbsp;His job was to bring National Sales Meetings, Regional Meetings and product launch meetings to the Scottsdale Plaza Resort. &nbsp;During those years, Neil traveled extensively to the east coast to meet with clients and generate business.<br/><br/>When 9/11 occurred, the corporate meeting industry collapsed. &nbsp;At that time, Neil made a quick change into the residential real estate business where today he is the #2 producing agent at HomeSmart (out of more than 4,000 local agents), and in the top 1% of Realtors in all of Maricopa County. <br/><br/>Neil is the Branch Manager of the HomeSmart Scottsdale office, which is the highest producing real estate office in Arizona and has over 1,000 agents reporting.<br/><br/>Neil loves the outdoors where he likes to spend his free time hiking the many mountain trails around the Valley and enjoying the sunshine. &nbsp;He also practices "hot" yoga a couple times per week.<br/><br/>Neil and Emily have been happily married for 30 years, and live in N. Phoenix with their 13 year old grandson Angel.
