<p>Hello! I love exploring Philadelphia and in turn love helping my clients explore and connect with Philadelphia. There is never a day where it feels like "work". Anytime that I work with a client of course my number one goal is to meet their goals. This could be helping them find the perfect new home for them or to helping them sell their current home and move on to the next chapter in their lives. Sometimes this process takes just a few weeks and sometimes it takes years. Buying a home is a huge investment and I am not here to rush anyone or sell them just any house, it has to be the right house for them. During the entire process, I work to fully understand my client's needs, all the while being a fierce advocate for them. My husband and I own several rental properties throughout the city, both residential and commercial, and have also developed several new construction homes and condo buildings, so I have a background in investing in real estate and also new construction and renovations. I grew up outside of Pittsburgh and moved to Philadelphia after I graduated from Penn State. I currently reside in the Graduate Hospital neighborhood with my husband and 3 children. I love being a part of my community and making connections. I am currently the Chairperson of our local community organiztion, SOSNA.
