She often had to answer for us because of the 13 hour time difference and because we were in the middle of an international move, and she managed relationships that would normally be the buyer's responsibility. She was able to give us great advice about non-standard topics (like which homes were most likely to pass a VA loan inspection) and ended up recommending a better home than we had originally picked out. Because Monique's picks for attorney, inspector etc. were so good we have continued to ask her advice about the community. (Monique most recently sent us photos of the lawnmower she recommended, and explained the strategic reason why we should buy it from that specific lawnmower/snowblower repair shop.)
